Open House Launch Event Campaign

PROJECT OVERVIEW

A new business location was opening in a growing market and needed a coordinated marketing campaign to generate awareness, drive attendance, and create opportunities for relationship building within the community.

I developed and executed a multi-channel event marketing strategy that included event registration, promotional communications branded event materials, and vendor-managed giveaway items to support a successful launch event.

CHALLENGE

A newly establish location needed to introduce itself to the local community while creating a welcoming event experience that encouraged attendance and future business opportunities.

The campaign required coordinated communication across multiple channels while also managing event logistics, branded promotional items, and attendee registration.

STRATEGY & EDUCATION

To maximize event visibility and attendance, I developed a promotional campaign that included:

  • Save-the-Date graphic

  • Email invitation campaign

  • Text message invitation

  • Event reminder communications

  • Event registation landing page

  • QR Code registration system

I utilized Eventbrite to manage registration and attendee tracking and Mailchimp to coordinate email communications before the event,

In addition to marketing promotion, I coordinated the sourcing and production of branded event materials including:

  • Logo apparel

  • Drinkware

  • Tote bags

  • Promotional giveaways

  • Event handouts

Working with multiple vendors ensured all materials arrived on schedule and aligned wjth the ogerall event branding,

RESULTS

The event achieved a 58% attendance rate among invite guese and successfully introduced the new location to community members and prospective business partners.

The coordinated marketing and event experience helped:
